When you place an order with Personalised By You, you are entering a legally binding contract with Personalised By You.
2.2: Accuracy of Order Information
Orders are processed exactly as submitted, including capitalisation, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
We are not responsible for errors in personalisation if the information was provided incorrectly by the customer.
2.2: Personalised Products Cancellation Policy
Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled or amended once production has started.
